Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
You can request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the shipment is dispatched - whichever occurs earlier.
- You must contact our customer support team via email to initiate the cancellation.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipped Orders
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- You may still return the item after receiving it, following our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Placed Orders
- Once an order has been confirmed, modifications to the selected items or delivery address are not allowed.
- If you wish to make changes, you must cancel the existing order (provided it still qualifies for cancellation) and place a fresh order.
